Spinifex Recruiting are seeking experienced operators to join the Day Services team at a major mining operation near Cobar NSW. These are ongoing, long-term roles offering immediate starts and the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Working on a 7/7 day shift roster, you'll play a key role in supporting site haulage, logistics and concentrate operations across the surface areas of the mine.

Key responsibilities:

Operate Truck & Dog, Loaders, ITs and Forklifts to support site operations

Safely haul and manage materials, ore and concentrate around site

Perform pre-start inspections and ensure equipment is maintained to standard

Maintain communication with supervisors and logistics teams

Uphold a strong commitment to safety, teamwork and performance

What we're looking for:

Proven experience operating mobile plant in mining, civil or quarry environments

Current MC licence or higher (essential)

Valid tickets or VOCs for Loader, IT or Forklift operation

Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively in a team

Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
