As part of the team, your duties may include:
• Support the project supervisor in the delivery of civil infrastructure works by performing a range of duties with limited supervision.
• Accept responsibility for outcomes of assigned work activities.
• Accurately maintain and report on daily records as applicable.
• Participate in the performance management process, training and development program.
What we're looking for:
• Knowledge and experience of road construction and/or maintenance practices and principles.
• Works within agreed priorities and works independently on routine tasks.
• A development of self-awareness and an insight into personal strengths and areas for improvement and takes account of these when acting.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
• A pre-employment medical.
• A current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's license or equivalent.
• Possession of a Certificate III in Civil Construction applicable to modern transport infrastructure projects or ability to acquire one within 36 months.
