Their focus is on quality projects up to $100m with current and upcoming work across:

• Government facilities (schools/universities, libraries, sports centres, etc.)
• Retail & supermarkets
• Aged care & retirement living
• Mixed-use & commercial developments

Every project is ECI-negotiated, meaning no cutthroat tendering — just collaboration, quality, and long-term partnerships.

Ideal Background

• BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar tertiary industry relevant qualification
• 10+ years in commercial construction (WA experience highly regarded)
• Background with recognised Australian commercial builders on projects over $30m
• Proven delivery across D&C, ECI or negotiated projects desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Positive, down-to-earth attitude and a passion for building
