About You:

Australian experience a must

Procore experience preferable

Experienced Contracts Administrator (5+ years preferred)

Experience on Class 2 residential / multi-unit projects desirable

Confident managing clients, subcontractor packages, variations, and progress claims

Can be the lead CA, across 2/3 projects simultaneously, managing a CA underneath

Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
