Always Care Services is a Registered NDIS provider offering support services for people with disability. We are looking for Enrolled Nurses

Tasks and Duties are, but not limited to:

Hold an understanding of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Comply with Scope of Practice, Policies and Procedures, Quality Work Practice, all relevant Legislative, Regulatory, and Legal Requirements including the Human Rights Act 1986 and uphold the United Nations Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Enrolled Nurse and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.

An ability to assess our clients in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and within Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.

Demonstrated awareness of the organization’s vision, mission and values.

Demonstrated inter-personal skills, patience, common sense, and a strong ethos of client-service, including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families and employees.

Demonstrated ability to relate and converse with clients and to have an understanding and sensitivity to, the issues related to services to these clients.

Demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team and support other staff.

Demonstrated ability to use information technology with well-developed computer skills.

A flexible approach to working hours is required.

Requirements:

To be considered for a position of Enrolled Nurse with Always care Services, you must have:

Current DHS Disability Clearance or NDIS Workers Check

Working with Children Check

AHPRA registration

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Manual Handling Certificate

Unrestricted Driver's License

Medication Assistance Certificate

NDIS Worker Orientation, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals and Supporting Effective Communication certificates
