Are you a natural at building relationships and closing deals?

Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!

What will you be doing?

Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services (no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)

Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability

Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.

Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)

Helping make people’s moves stress-free and easy

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a sales or call centre role (removals or logistics experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service

Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales enquiries into bookings

A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software

Salary: $65k-$75k base + uncapped bonus OTE $120K - $160K
