About the role:

This is a permanent full-time inbound & outbound phone based sales opportunity, reporting to the Life Insurance Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and maximise call opportunities to promote and sell suitable products and services.

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to educate members and respond to promotional campaigns and needs for Life Insurance policies
• Ensure members needs are understood and handled
• Cross-sell health and life insurance products
• Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance
• Handle new applications and enquiries

Your skills & experience:

• Previous call centre experience
• Previous sales experience working towards sales KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
• Ability to work well within a team
• Passion for serving customers
