The Opportunity
These roles offer long-term security with excellent rates, consistent rosters, and the chance to work on large-scale projects with some of Australia’s top mining and civil contractors.

Duties include:

• Polywelding (Butt Fusion & Electrofusion) using McElroy and Dixon machines
• Assisting with installation of HDPE, steel, and copper pipelines
• Hydrotesting, commissioning, and tie-in works
• Operating IT Loaders, Skid Steers, and Excavators (where licensed)
• Working collaboratively with site crews to deliver safe, efficient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Polywelding tickets – Butt Weld (PMBWELD301E) & Electrofusion (PMBWELD302E)
• Skilled in operating McElroy & Dixon welding equipment: T900, T500, T618, HF630 & HF225
• White/Blue Card
• Valid Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications
• Chainsaw, Dogging, Loader, and Crane (C2 / C6) tickets – highly regarded
• Previous mining or civil experience (FMG, Rio, BHP, Roy Hill inductions highly desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
• Strong safety focus and a great work ethic
