Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Excavator Operators for various small, high-performing gold mine sites in the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and strong potential for permanent employment.

💰 Pay Rates
Excavator Operators - $70-$71/hr
12-13 hour days on site

🔄 Roster & Details

• FIFO from Perth
• 2:1 Roster - 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
• Small close-knit team, great site culture and camp facilities
• Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential

🛠️ Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years' gold production mining experience
• Experience operating Komatsu PC1250 and Hitachi 1200 excavators
• Proven ability to meet production targets safely and efficiently

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Current National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months)
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
• Proven experience in a production mining environment
