Join our six staff office team for a new opening: accounts receivable position with onsite parking and staff amenities.

Heavy haulage and vehicle towing business located in Mulgoa. Family-owned business for past 23 years, transport industry; 28-35 total staff in western Sydney, inc. 25 drivers.

Systems: Linksoft, Xero.

Primary Duties :

Pricing & invoicing of some trade work, collecting customer purchase orders, forwarding invoices, processing customer payments, managing new and aged debtors, maintaining satisfactory standards within this role.

Secondary duties :

Reconciliation of aged debtors, forwarding monthly statements.

Part-time role 30 hours p.w. dayshift ( flex hours, after hours shift optional)

Salary $35 per hour plus super and permanent entitlements.

6 month probation progressing to permanent role with start/finish time flexibility within 7 am to 6 pm period.
