The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Officer with a background in salary packaging or novated leasing to join our collaborative team in our Brisbane’s CBD Office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, ensuring funds flow smoothly, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

You’ll play a key role in the financial management of customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in payments, reimbursements and budgets while supporting our clients with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts, ensuring funds are accurately tracked and allocated

Process payments, reimbursements, and salary deductions in a timely manner

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly

Update customer budgets and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare and issue invoices to clients

Respond to account enquires professionally and efficiently

Support month-end reporting and ad hoc finance tasks

Uphold compliance with financial and company policies

About You:

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, or financial services (essential)

Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software

Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities

A genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes
