Role and responsibilities within co-curricular program
Second method of Dance highly desirable
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver innovative and inclusive Drama programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student expression and confidence.
Support the delivery of the co-curricular program including the School Productions
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary arts learning.
Use digital tools and creative technologies to support and extend student learning
Uphold MGGS’s commitment to child safety in all aspects of teaching and school life
About you:
Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply
Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
