The purpose of this role is to produce high-quality content that supports the execution of our marketing calendar and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

About the Role:

• Content Creation: Creating and scheduling blogs, social posts, emails, capturing b-roll footage and photos to develop videos/graphics in relevant formats for channel distribution in line with marketing strategy and calendar.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects our tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
• PPC Advertising: Creating, optimising and managing google and social media campaigns to drive traffic and generate conversions.
• SEO: Assist with website updates, including developing meta titles, data descriptions, and copy to improve search engine rank.
• Email Marketing: Creating and optimising email campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
• Marketing Collateral: Developing brochures, flyers, catalogues, and other materials as required.
• Team Collaboration: Working with the marketing and sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.

KPI’s:

• On-time delivery of content in line with marketing calendar
• Content quality and brand consistency
• Positive brand growth and social engagement

About You:

• 1-3 years experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media roles
• Strong skills in written communication, and basic graphic or video content creation
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Highly organised, with the ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to content quality
• Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
• Motivated, positive, and team-oriented
• Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced environment
• Readiness to aid in different departments, performing any tasks as directed by management that is required for the success of the company
