Want to take on the electrical backbone of a major project?

You’ve delivered on complex builds with demanding services scopes and know your way around both HV and LV electrical systems. You understand how to keep the services piece running smoothly when the pressure’s on, and you’re comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with other trades and consultants to get results.

This project is a data centre in Melbourne’s west that’s already topped $200 million and is heading for half a billion. The services package is enormous, and the electrical scope is central to making it work. You’ll be close to the action - leading the charge on-site with mechanical, commercial, and delivery teams who get along.

I was on site this week, and the energy stood out. People were upbeat, laughing between meetings and proud of the work they’re doing. Food trucks roll in during long shifts, and there’s always something happening to keep things moving.

You’ll report to the Services Manager and join a team where decisions get made quickly, egos are left at the gate, and the GM knows your name. Expect structure without red tape, and the kind of camaraderie that makes tough projects worth it.

To step into this role, you’ll need around four years’ experience delivering electrical building services on complex projects, ideally with a head contractor and a degree or diploma in electrical engineering. You’ll need Australian Citizenship to access the sites.

The salary package is up to $185k including super.
