Through existing relationships, they have picked up three large subdivision projects here in Perth Metro and are eager to employ an experienced professional to take the reins and help them establish their WA business.

You will be hands on straight away with their 2500 lot project looking to go into production within the next 18-24 months. Their second project will be in planning for several years and is circa 800 lots.

They have an Acquisitions Manager on staff here for you to work with and give input to the feasibility and help with site identification.

You will have full lifecycle responsibility for the projects, so this is really an amazing opportunity to set yourself up for long term success and future leadership roles.
