The Opportunity

This isn't another box-ticking DM role. You'll be driving built form residential projects that require genuine commercial nous, design sensitivity, and the ability to bring stakeholders along on the journey.
Our client is a large, diversified developer with a proven track record across multiple asset classes. They've built a reputation on delivery excellence and genuine placemaking. What You'll Be Doing

You'll own projects from feasibility through to practical completion:

• Leading feasibility analysis and product positioning for projects
• Managing the full planning approval pathway – DAs, rezoning applications, design review panels
• Running consultant and contractor procurement, then holding them to program and budget
• Value engineering without compromising buildability or market appeal
• Driving sales strategy alongside Marketing, including contract negotiations and settlement management
• Managing project financials – budgets, cashflow, reporting, development contributions
• Building relationships with councils, consultants, and JV partners that create competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing built form developments (apartments, townhouses, mixed-use)
• You have experience managing each phase of the project lifecycle on built form project/s of significant size.
• Tertiary qualified in property, planning, engineering, or construction (or reated)
• Strong financial modelling capability – you understand IRR, not just timelines
• Genuine stakeholder management ability – you can negotiate, influence, and build coalitions
