The Precinct Tavern is seeking experienced Full Time & Casual Duty Managers

About This Role...

You will be an experienced Duty Manager who can lead by example and motivate your team to deliver professional customer service. We require a Duty Manager who is flexible and available to work across a seven day roster.

Key responsibilities include

overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees

Responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the venue during shift, including customer service, supervising all staff, maintaining bar stock and cashing up at the end of each shift.

Supervising/training employees to the venue standards

General cleanliness of the work area

Essential experience

Minimum of 2 years supervising experience working in a fast pace bar is essential

Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) qualifications.

Gaming License highly regarded

Bar, Restaurant and Functions experience

Gaming, TAB and Keno experience preferred

Cocktail, beer and wine knowledge

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Knowledge of bar operations and associated legislation
