The Weld Club, located adjacent to Perth’s Elizabeth Quay, is a prestigious private club offering two dining rooms, functions and accommodation.

This leading club is seeking a Full Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on the cold larder/pastry section. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including; preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast lunch and dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.

Key requirements for the position include:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified chef.

Cold larder, pastry section experience is an advantage.

A passion for creating premium quality food.

Function and A la carte experience is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills.

Positive Attitude & Innovative.

Proven longevity in previous positions
