Join a progressive 7,000ha beef cattle enterprise located between Bingara and Barraba, NSW. Specialising in F1 Wagyu and British breed cattle, we operate across improved pastures, grazing crops, and an on-farm feedlot. With monthly delivery commitments and a registered soil carbon project, we apply rotational grazing and Natural Sequence Farming to drive productivity, sustainability, and innovation.

The role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Station Hand to fit into the existing team.

The role will span across all aspects of the farm with main responsibilities including but not limited to:

Cattle handling and husbandry

Machinery maintenance

Infrastructure development.

Property maintenance

Cropping & pasture establishment

Feedlot operations

Ideally candidate will have:

Strong attention to detail

Initiative and problem-solving skills

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Experience in operation of modern GPS equipped machinery

High level of machinery maintenance

Livestock handling experience

Understanding of rotational grazing

HC or MC licence
