We are currently recruiting for Aquaculture Attendants – Hatchery across seasonal, casual, and full-time positions. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the hatchery, including fish breeding, egg collection, and fry management.

Maintain optimal water quality and environmental conditions in hatchery systems.

Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient operation.

Adhere to strict biosecurity and health standards to ensure hatchery bio-integrity.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in aquaculture or animal husbandry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to work weekends and irregular hours as required by hatchery operations.

Valid driver’s license is essential; forklift license is advantageous.
