About the Role:
As the Engineering Practice Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a new engineering consulting practice from the ground up. You’ll oversee the delivery of complex engineering solutions for Defence clients, guide technical strategy, and grow a multidisciplinary team. This hands-on leadership role offers real autonomy, where you’ll engage directly with clients, lead high-value projects, and leverage your Defence networks to identify and win new business across acquisition and sustainment programs.

You’re a seasoned Defence engineering professional with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and growth. You understand the technical, regulatory, and operational nuances of Defence engineering and can translate that knowledge into practical, value-driven solutions for clients.
