With a strong reputation across Defence, CASG, and Defence Industry, they’re now seeking an ILS Practice Lead to establish and grow a new ILS capability within the business.

About the Role:
As the ILS Practice Lead, you’ll take the lead in building a new consulting capability from the ground up. You’ll develop and deliver ILS frameworks and solutions for Defence clients, lead delivery on major programs, and grow a dedicated team around you. This role offers significant autonomy, where you will be hands-on in client engagement, strategic delivery, and business development, using your networks and credibility to identify and win new work across the Defence landscape.
About You:
You’re an experienced ILS professional who enjoys both technical depth and commercial challenge. You understand the Defence environment, speak the language of CASG and OEMs, and can confidently engage senior stakeholders. You’re passionate about developing people, shaping delivery capability, and turning your ILS expertise into tangible client outcomes. You’re also motivated by the opportunity to help a growing consultancy scale its presence and reputation.

What You’ll Bring:
• Extensive experience in Integrated Logistics Support across Defence
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
• Background leading or building consulting or delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Defence acquisition and sustainment frameworks (CASG, SPOs, OEMs, etc.)
