About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer and Assessor to deliver the UET30521 Certificate III in ESI – Overhead Transmission. The ideal candidate will have at least 5–10 years of hands-on experience in overhead transmission work and a genuine desire to help others learn and succeed in the industry.
Key Details
Location: Primarily across the Riverina region (FIFO or DIDO arrangements available)
Rate: $1,000 – $1,500 per day
Benefits: Food, accommodation, and vehicles supplied
Work Type: Contract-based, with opportunities for consistent and ongoing work across multiple sites throughout NSW
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in overhead transmission line construction and maintenance
Current qualification as a Trainer and Assessor (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Commitment to safety, compliance, and high training standards
