About the role

Swanview Plant Farm P/L is seeking a full-time Nursery Person to join our team in High Wycombe, WA 6057. As a Nursery Person, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our horticulture business, contributing to the growth and care of our diverse plant collection.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining the health and appearance of the nursery's plants through watering, fertilising, pruning, and other horticultural practices

Assisting with the potting, labelling, and organising of plant stock

Ensuring the nursery's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order

Contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the nursery operation

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in horticulture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of plant health and presentation

A teamwork-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when required

A genuine passion for horticulture and the outdoors

You must be reliable, fit, self motivate and have your own transport
