Alicia Xiberras Interiors (AXI) is an international, multi award-winning boutique interior design studio in greater western Sydney seeking a mid-level all-rounder to join a close-knit, collaborative team, with clear room for growth.

Training and onboarding with a formal start to begin in the new year to align with project kick-offs.

What you'll do

Work end-to-end across concept, documentation, FF&E, supplier coordination, site queries, and client updates.

Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in meetings and written updates, managing expectations and next steps.

Collaborate daily in a small team environment while taking ownership of deliverables and timelines.

About you

Advanced proficiency in Revit for modelling, documentation, families, and coordinated drawing sets; ability to maintain standards and templates across projects.

Mid-level experience with strong documentation/detailing and an all-rounder mindset with excellent verbal and written client communication.

Minimum 3-5 years of interior design experience required.

Independent creativity with the ability to take on direction when provided as well work independently.

Own transport is essential due to limited public transport in and around studio location.

A formal interior design degree is required for this position.

Valid Australian work visa or work rights required at time of application.
