In this role, you’ll also:

• Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery
• Champion Health & Safety by leading team interactions, supporting audits, and assisting with incident investigations
• Guide Trades staff in diagnosing maintenance issues, identifying risks, and implementing effective solution

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor who leads with confidence and inspires performance. You’ll bring a proven ability to motivate teams, navigate shifting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your collaborative mindset, adaptability, and strong leadership will be key to driving operational excellence.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• A valid QLD manual driver’s licence
• Strong administrative and digital skills, ideally with experience in SAP or similar systems
• A Rigger’s ticket (preferred but not essential)

This role comes with a competitive and rewarding benefits package including base salary starting from $109,916.86, a standard 38hr work week, access to TOIL, 12.75% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance.
