About the role

Profinish Accident Repair Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Ringwood, Victoria. We have a small team, so if you are looking for autonomy and can manage your own schedule this position is for you. It is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team in a relaxed environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and painting vehicle surfaces to a high standard, ensuring a flawless finish

Color matching, mixing and applying paint products in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the painting process

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote efficiency and safety

Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and quality-driven completion of projects

Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Spray Painter (5+ years' experience) in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of painting techniques and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Certification in automotive painting or a related field is highly desirable
