We’re looking for a passionate Marine Biologist to join our Reef Education and Marine Biology Team! In this exciting role, you’ll lead guided marine tours, educate guests about local ocean life and conservation, and assist with sustainable marine projects. This is a unique opportunity to combine scientific expertise with tourism and environmental education in one of the world’s most stunning marine destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead guided marine excursions
Provide engaging marine life presentations and eco-briefings
Support marine conservation initiatives and citizen science programs
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests during tours
Assist with data collection and monitoring of local marine ecosystems
Requirements
Degree in Marine Biology, Marine Science, or related field
PADI Dive Master or Instructor Qualification
Previous experience in eco-tourism, guiding, public speaking or marine education preferred
Strong swimming skills
Passion for marine conservation and public engagement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of marine ecosystems, species, and environmental challenges
Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and eco-friendly initiatives
