Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Neuro-Cardiothoracic team in Hobart. This unit delivers specialised care for neurosurgical and cardiothoracic patients, providing a fast-paced yet supportive environment for nurses to thrive. Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Cardiological or Neurosurgical nursing
• Demonstrated clinical experience in an acute hospital environment
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, organisational and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to safe practice, infection control, and quality improvement

Desirable:

• Postgraduate qualification in critical care, neurosurgical, or cardiothoracic nursing
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
