Location: Underwood | Hybrid | Flexible Hours
Salary: $90K-120K (based on experince) + travel + Realistic Bonus Payments & extra RDO's | OTE $120-160K

Your Role

You'll lead with confidence and compassion, providing high-quality speech therapy to a paediatric caseload while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to team growth. You'll be supported with regular supervision and have a real voice in shaping clinical projects and service innovation.
