  • Complex needs (e.g., Autism with co-occurring ADHD, OCD, or BP)
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (30+ years’ experience)
  • Gradual increase of Caeload over 6 months from when you start
  • Workshadowing opportunties in your first few months
  • Structured onboarding and induction program
  • Daily access to senior clinicians and a 24/7 training platform
  • $1,000 Professional Development allowance + PD leave
  • 90% clinic-based services in a well-equipped and inspiring setting
  • 10% community-based services with travel reimbursed at $0.99/km
  • Diverse Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with a 70/30 split favouring paediatrics while you build confidence and capability. Clinical areas include:

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 - $85,000, with opportunity to earn up to $160,000+ via the bonus scheme
  • Incentives: PoKickstart your career with $85K+ salary, 1:1 senior supervision, $1K PD, and a diverse paeds/adults caseload in a supportive Southport clinic.ints-based bonus system rewarding all forms of clinical engagement
  • Minimal Travel: Clinic-focused work with reimbursement for any community travel

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
