Role Overview
As the Digital Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of 10–15 clients, overseeing advertising budgets ranging from $15,000 to $25,000. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining proactive communication, and ensuring every campaign delivers on our promises and achieves successful outcomes.
Manage multiple B2C client accounts and oversee digital marketing campaigns (primarily across Facebook, Instagram, and Google via Meta Ads Manager).
Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns, ensuring budgets are spent effectively and aligned with client goals.
Communicate with clients regularly via email, phone, and Google Meet to provide updates, share insights, and manage expectations.
Brief and collaborate with designers, providing campaign direction, copy, and feedback on creative assets.
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, reporting on results and identifying opportunities to improve ROI and retention.
Stay proactive and organised, managing multiple deadlines, solving problems independently, and maintaining a client-first mindset.
Skills & Experience
Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns with competing deadlines.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipating challenges and presenting solutions rather than reacting.
Confidence & Client Management: Strong communication and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media campaign management.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager with demonstrated ability to set up and execute campaigns effectively.
Attention to Detail & Campaign Execution: Ensuring all campaigns are accurate, consistent, and results-driven.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
What's on Offer
$70,000–$80,000 base + superannuation for the right candidate.
Full-time, Flexible work hours, Monday to Friday.
