Role and Responsibility

Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support the development of the children.

Communicate positively and openly with children and their families on an ongoing basis.

Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.

Assist children in daily routines.

Respond to the emotional and developmental needs of the children.

Be a positive and collaborative team member.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a Diploma in progress in Early Childhood Services.

Current first aid certificate,

CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate,

Current Working with Children Check,

Child Protection training.

Essential Skills

Positive attitude is very important to us, we're building a harmonious team that's like family.

Strong understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS, and the ability to implement both effectively.

Experience in working cooperatively in a team environment.

Passion to contribute to the development of children.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent computer literacy and written writing skills.

Time management skills.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.

Fluency in Mandarin or Korean is very welcome
