An established South Australian builder is seeking an experienced Residential Drafter to join their close-knit drafting team. The Role

• Join a drafting team of six, working alongside a Team Leader and reporting to the Drafting Manager
• Use CAD to draft a mix of standard volume and custom-designed homes
• 90% of projects are volume builds (avg. 320m²), with 10–15% custom work drawn from scratch
• Opportunity to provide mentorship to junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years' drafting experience in a volume residential building environment
• Proficiency in CAD drafting software
• A strong eye for detail, collaborative mindset, and solid communication skills
• Someone who’s adaptable and fits well in a young, dynamic team
• Leadership potential or prior mentoring experience is a bonus
