In this hands-on leadership role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, guide a skilled team of technicians, and ensure every customer drives away with confidence and satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by example – Inspire, mentor, and support your team of skilled Technicians to maintain a productive, high-performing workshop environment
• Stay hands-on – Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and technical expertise
• Be the trusted expert – Offer clear, professional mechanical advice to customers and deliver solutions that build loyalty and trust
• Support front-of-house operations – Step in to assist with customer service and bookings when needed, maintaining a friendly and professional presence
• Manage workflow – Oversee job scheduling, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the workshop
• Ensure quality control – Conduct test drives and final checks on all vehicles before customer handover, guaranteeing safety and top performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Automotive Technician with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Born to lead? Step up and motivate a high-performing team to success!
• Diagnostic guru - pinpoint problems fast and get the job done right, first time!
• Customer champion - skilled in sales and service, because great service keeps them coming back!
• Self-motivated and driven
• Valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights
• Monday to Friday + every second Saturday morning
