Client is a respected project management consultancy with local office based in Brisbane’s CBD. They offer broad range of services including project management, development management and tenancy delivery. Due to continued growth, they are wanting to hire someone who can both act in a tenancy delivery role and also support more senior project leaders as CA on their jobs

Your new role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager the role will play a lead role in the coordination and delivery of retail tenancies. You’ll work closely with tenants, consultants, contractors, and clients, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

• Manage the design and fitout coordination of retail and office tenants, ensuring alignment with client and asset design standards.
• Support senior project managers on larger projects with design development, authority approvals, tendering, and contract administration
• Attend project and site meetings with tenants, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and help manage quality, compliance, and progress reporting.
• Liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure a smooth handover and opening process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in ‘client side’ construction role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Some exposure to commercial or retail development (tenancy coordination or design management experience is a plus).
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across SEQ.
