The Role
As an Outbound Telemarketing Officer, you'll be the first point of contact between our clients and their future customers. You'll play a key role in qualifying leads, booking appointments, and helping our clients kick off new relationships.
You'll spend your days initiating high-value conversations, understanding business challenges, and confidently communicating how our clients can help. You'll use proven call frameworks but also bring your own flair, this is a role where your voice and thinking are valued.
Beyond the phone, you'll collaborate with our marketing and client teams, fine-tuning messaging, tracking results, and spotting trends. If you love the idea of being part of a tight-knit team where your insights matter, this role is for you.
A Day in the Life
Start your morning with a short, focused team huddle, reviewing new campaigns, lead lists and daily goals.
Power through outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying prospects across different industries.
Update CRM notes, flag hot leads, and share feedback with the broader team.
Jump into a brainstorm session to help refine messaging or uncover a smarter outreach angle.
Finish your day having made a real impact, for our clients, and for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate leads and book appointments
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs
Present tailored solutions and overcome objections
Track interactions and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system
Provide feedback on scripts and market conversations
Work closely with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
Ensure compliance with data privacy and telemarketing regulations
Hold valid Australian work authorisation
What You Bring
3+ years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
Minimum 2+ years telemarketing experience if B2B outbound sales experience is limited
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold calling and overcoming objections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience with HubSpot CRM system
Energy, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to adapt across campaigns, clients, and industries
Multilingual skills (highly regarded)
