What You’ll Do

Create content that cuts through the noise – From concept to shoot to edit, you’ll produce high-performing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Run content calendars like a pro – Plan, schedule and manage content across a growing portfolio of awesome clients.

Collaborate and innovate – Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and creative teams to deliver social-first strategies that actually work.

Stay ahead of the curve – Experiment with emerging trends, formats and tools to keep our content fresh and our brands relevant.

Measure what matters – Track and analyse performance, refine your content game and keep pushing boundaries.

What You Bring

A creative spark that can’t be switched off.

A deep understanding of what works on social — and why

A background in marketing, comms, or media (preferred but not essential).

Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and social scheduling platforms.

Killer writing and communication skills.

The ability to juggle multiple accounts, deadlines and ideas with ease.

A sharp eye for detail, especially around brand consistency and compliance.

A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage, though hands-on experience counts just as much.
