We are seeking a Receptionist/Broking Assistant to be based in our Armidale Office.
Reception: Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, organising the reception area, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and providing general assistance to clients and staff. Essential skills for a receptionist include excellent customer service, communication, organisational abilities, and proficiency with office equipment.
Assistant Broker: Key responsibilities include communication management, database upkeep, appointment scheduling, document preparation (tasks and declarations), and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Part Time Applicants would also be considered for this position.
