We’re seeking a number of skilled Field Service Engineers to ensure its customers receive exceptional support - from initial inquiry through to installation and post-sales service. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development, Operations, and Product Development teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring seamless support throughout the product lifecycle.
• System Installation: Plan and manage installations of complex, multi-product systems while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Provide remote and on-site technical support, conduct system testing, and resolve issues independently.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams, offering customer-driven insights to refine new products and software releases.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or related field (highly regarded).
• Proven experience in a Field Service Engineering role, providing hands-on technical support.
• Proficiency with Linux and networking devices (essential).
• Experience with complex system testing, telecommunications, or RF technology is a plus.
• Coding skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript (highly desirable).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Existing Defence Security Clearance is preferred but not essential.
