Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery and execution

• Supervise and motivate the site team to maintain high standards of work and safety

• Assist in progress reporting, procurement processes, and project documentation

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and satisfaction

• Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Your Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience supervising civil projects, including subdivisions

• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills to manage teams

• Valid driver's license required for site visits and project management duties

• Detail-oriented approach to ensure precision in project execution and reporting

• Energetic and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
