You’ll be responsible for the final product: every surface, fixture, and finish that the client sees and feels. Control the pace. Hold the standard. Deliver floors that hand over clean, on time, and built to spec.

This is the final stretch, and you’re the one who makes the customer proud to take the keys.

The Offer

• $150,000 - $170,000 + Super (Negotiable upon experience, skillset and knowledge)

The Role

Take charge of all finishes. Drive the short-term program. Manage trades, uphold quality, and deliver defect-free handovers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage rolling 2-4 week lookahead programs for finishes trades
• Coordinate trades, sequencing, access, and deliveries to protect progress
• Maintain QA at source with approved mock-ups and signed inspections
• Manage site presentation, storage, and protection of completed works
• Uphold WHS compliance and lead toolbox meetings
• Contribute to a high-performing, high-achieving site culture

You

• 4+ years as a Finishes Foreman on medium or high-rise residential projects
• Trade-qualified with strong technical understanding of finishes
• Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Confident communicator who leads from the front
• Experience with Procore and current First Aid/CPR are an advantage
