As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Site Foreman to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in high-profile projects while growing your career with a company that truly values its people, their expertise, and their craft.

The Role

• Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
• Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
• Excellent build knowledge and people management
• We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for a local commercial construction head contractor working on large scale developments
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
• Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders

• $160,000 - $190,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
