About the Role

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Conduct virtual consultations, offering expert advice, diagnosis, and treatment plans for a variety of health conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Utilize our user-friendly telehealth platforms to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and track progress.

Be supported with ongoing CPD, mentoring and support to help you be the best clinician you can be.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: Must be an endorsed nurse practitioner with current AHPRA registration.

Experience: While previous experience in telehealth, weight management, or primary care is highly desirable we also encourage new NP's to reach out. We have a mentoring program to help support you launching your career.

Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for patient care.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telehealth technologies and electronic medical records.
