At Gateway Training Academy, we guide students into training programs that can genuinely change their future. This is an entry-level role with full training and support perfect for someone who wants to grow their communication and sales skills in a professional environment.

What You’ll Do

Speak with people over the phone who’ve enquired about studying

Ask questions to understand their goals and help match them with the right course

Guide them through the enrolment process with warmth and care

Follow up with students and keep clear records in our CRM system

Work towards realistic enrolment goals with plenty of coaching and encouragement

What We’re Looking For

Clear, friendly communicator who enjoys real conversations

Positive attitude and willingness to learn experience is not required

Organised and reliable, able to follow through on tasks

Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service or call centres are welcome but not essential

Someone who wants to grow their confidence and career over time
