About the Role
Do you have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment? The NSW Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) is looking for an agile professional to assess applications and support the delivery of vital financial assistance programs for rural communities.
In this role, you will:
- Review applications and claims, ensuring compliance with policies and lending standards.
- Draft correspondence and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
- Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Balance competing priorities while maintaining data accuracy.
