About the Role
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience working in lending? The NSW Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) is looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex loan processes efficiently.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review loan, variation, and security documents in line with policies and responsible lending standards.
- Liaise with applicants and financial institutions to ensure accurate documentation and smooth loan settlements.
- Provide advice on loan conditions, repayments, and variations, including resolving issues and escalations.
- Work collaboratively to manage arrears, deferrals, and repayment solutions while maintaining compliance and customer service excellence.
