Are you a Experienced Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career in the aged care sector? This is a full-time role, requiring availability from Monday to Friday on an open roster.

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at Goodwin Aged Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality clinical care and support to our residents. Your core duties will include:

• Deliver Quality Clinical Care and Support: Provide compassionate and expert clinical care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Manage Priorities: Effectively manage your responsibilities, prioritising residents' needs, and providing the support they require.
• Implement Programs for Special Needs: Create and implement specialised programs to cater to the unique needs of some residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, ensuring that incidents and issues are reported and addressed promptly.
