About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Manager to lead our Kogarah team in providing high-quality care and education.

In this full-time role, you will inspire and guide a team of educators to deliver excellence in early learning, aligned with the National Quality Framework. You will oversee the centre’s daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, maintain high standards of health and safety, and build strong relationships with families, educators, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with NQF and regulatory requirements

Build strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and the community

Manage enrolments, staffing, and centre performance to meet organisational goals

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

About You:

Mandatory: Valid Paid Working With Children Check (NSW)

You are passionate about working with children, with a focus on providing meaningful experiences that support their learning and development.

You hold an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma or above).

You possess a current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting qualification.

You have (or are willing to obtain) a CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 - Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk qualification (desirable but not essential).

Two years of leadership experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential.
