About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Tradesmen/Handy-person to join the team at Mitterer Constructions in Logan Central, Queensland. As a full-time Maintenance Tradesmen/Handy-person, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and handy-person services to our clients' diverse portfolio of residential properties.

What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of general maintenance and construction tasks

Coordinate with the scheduling team to efficiently complete jobs

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and completed work

Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a Maintenance Tradesmen/Handy-person with experience in any of the following trades:

Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance and handyman experience is required.

Carpentry

Painting (Exterior and Interior)

Plastering

Tiling

Any general handyman maintenance work

Valid Australian driver's licence is required.
